Product Returns and Refunds
Should you find your wine is faulty or unsuitable in any way we will arrange replacement.
Please contact hello@ihanawine.com with proof of purchase and explanation of fault or breakage, and we will assess and arrange a new delivery and/or refund.
Event Ticket Cancellation Policy
Tickets will be refunded for cancellations up to 7 days prior to the event.
Cancelations within 7 days of the event will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. If tickets are unable to be re-sold you may not be eligible for a refund. Please contact hello@ihanawine.com to discuss.
